It takes serious talent to make a website this bad. I am sure if you went to a design firm, paid them $50k and said make a website look as bad as possible, it would still look better than this. These people have some serious Microsoft Front Page skills going on here… So envious…
We love you Monro. Not sure if it is the animated gif, the tiling background, the “under construction” type message, or the fact that you are optimized for a 600x800 screen. Sites like this are what motivate me to get up in the morning and blog.
Winrock is an outstanding organization that does great work. Obviously they feel a need to hire the Rwanda kindergarten class they helped form do their web design.
